Terms of Use

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and use ON TAP, as the App involves content related to alcoholic beverages. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that it is legal for you to consume alcohol in your jurisdiction. ON TAP does not sell, serve, or deliver alcohol.

YOUR ACCOUNT

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND CONDUCT

ON TAP allows you to post photos, ratings, comments, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant ON TAP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use it within the App.

Zero tolerance policy: ON TAP has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes, without limitation:

• •Harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech directed at any person or group
• •Sexually explicit content, nudity, or content exploiting minors
• •Content promoting violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• •Impersonation, spam, or deceptive content
• •Content that violates the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
• •Encouraging or glorifying excessive or dangerous alcohol consumption (e.g., promoting binge drinking, drunk driving, or providing alcohol to minors)

Violations of this policy may result in immediate removal of the content, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

REPORTING AND BLOCKING

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Terms, you may report it directly within the App using the "Report" option available on posts and comments. We aim to review reported content and take appropriate action, which may include content removal and account suspension, within 24 hours of receiving a valid report.

You may also block other users. Once you block a user, their content will no longer appear in your feed, comments, or profile views.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• •Use the App for any illegal purpose
• •Attempt to access accounts or data that do not belong to you
• •Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or security
• •Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the App without our permission

CONTENT MODERATION

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content on ON TAP. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, remove, or restrict access to any User Content at any time, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

ALCOHOL-RELATED DISCLAIMER

ON TAP is a social platform for sharing and rating drinks. It is not intended to encourage excessive alcohol consumption. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive. If you or someone you know struggles with alcohol use, resources are available through SAMHSA's National Helpline at 1-800-662-4357.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
