How do I delete my account?

Open the Me tab, tap the Settings (gear) icon, and scroll down to Delete Account. This is permanent — your profile, posts, and personal data are removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

How do I report a post or user?

To report a comment, tap the flag icon next to it. To report someone's whole account, visit their profile and tap the ⋯ menu in the top right, then Report. We review every report.

How do post limits work (regular pours vs. Happy Hour)?

You get 2 regular pours a day (4/day with ON TAP Pro), plus 1 bonus Happy Hour pour between 5:00–5:59pm your local time. Regular and Happy Hour slots are independent, and both reset at local midnight.

How do I change my username?

In the Me tab, tap your @username to open the rename sheet. To keep things fair for everyone, usernames can only be changed once every 30 days.

I forgot my password / can't log in — what do I do?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the reset link sent to your email. Still stuck? Email us and we'll get you sorted.
